Indeed wanted a highly connected space to provide an interactive environment for its employees, reflecting its energetic attitude on a global scale. The original design called for Indeed to take over eleven separate floors with only elevator banks and fire stairs, providing a connection between these spaces. The client tasked STG Design with creating a focal-point staircase to interconnect break rooms and other high-activity spaces on seven of the eleven levels. The unique design solution allows employees to move between each of these floors, creating interactive experiences with dynamic neighborhoods of individual and community zones. Continuous lines are created by combining local raw materials, vibrant brand colors, and technology that connect people and encourage collaboration. Amenities include an airstream trailer as a meeting space, sushi bar, baristas and café, and an auditorium and fitness center.
